Mr. Gould has worked for Allen & Company since 1972 and established Allen & Company’s arbitrage business in 1975. In addition to the Fund, Mr. Gould has been involved in Allen & Company’s merger and acquisition advisory practice where he has served as a financial advisor to many Fortune 500 corporations.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Liberty Media Corporation, Liberty Global, Inc., Discovery Holding Company, and Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation. Mr. Gould also serves on the Board of Trustees of Cornell University, The New School for Social Research and the Wildlife Conservation Society.
Mr. Gould attended Cornell University and graduated from Farleigh Dickinson University.
