SES WORLD SKIES

SES WORLD SKIES’ combined fleet of 25 spacecraft provides comprehensive coverage of the world’s populated landmasses, as well as ubiquitous trans-oceanic overage. The fleet comprises the AMC satellites over North America, the NSS fleet covering the rest of the globe and soon, a new generation of satellites that will bear the SES name.  Beginning in 2010, all new additions to the SES WORLD SKIES fleet will carry the “SES” prefix. The AMC Fleet

• Over North America and the Caribbean, the AMC satellites are distributing advanced digital media such as HDTV to a vast cable neighborhood, in addition to hosting other enterprise and government services.

The NSS Fleet

• The NSS fleet covers the globe from Asia and Europe, to the Middle East and Africa, to the Americas – delivering video, internet, and voice communications to media, enterprise and government.
