The SES WORLD SKIES Payload Management Operations Center (PMOC) can assist customers with inquiries about all services related to broadcast, telephony and data. The PMOC is equipped with state of the art tools and highly skilled controllers to assist customers with fleet communications payload issues.

To enable the PMOC to assist customers as accurately as possible, it is connected to 12 remote monitoring sites around the globe. Real-time data from these strategically located sites enable the PMOC to closely monitor every downlink beam on every SES WORLD SKIES satellite.

The current operational sites are located on the East and West coasts of the United States and in Florida, Argentina, Australia, India, Israel, Singapore, Senegal, South Africa, South Korea and the United Kingdom. Thus resulting in full monitoring capabilities of the entire SES WORLD SKIES Spacecraft fleet.
